About
Pastor Nathan and Joileena Jackson founded Radical Encounter Church on September 2024, with a passion for God's people and a heart for service. They are dedicated to pushing others into their purpose and building the Kingdom through life-changing encounters with God. As proud parents of two beautiful children, they are deeply committed to both their family and their mission to impact lives for Christ.
Vision
At Radical Encounter, we envision a community where individuals encounter the transformative power of God through personal and life-changing experiences. We strive to be a place where believers are empowered by the Holy Spirit, equipped with the knowledge and tools to deepen their faith, and inspired to fulfill their God-given purpose. Our goal is to send out passionate followers of Christ who actively serve and impact their communities, building God’s Kingdom and transforming lives. Together, we seek to create a movement of hope, love, and purpose that reflects the heart of God and reaches the world.

At Radical Encounter , our mission is to be an instrument to Help others experience God through personal, life-changing encounters, Empower believers to receive the Holy Spirit by creating opportunities for people to encounter God, Equip them with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to grow in their faith and fulfill their God-given purpose, and Send them out to serve and impact the world for Christ. Through life-changing encounters, we are dedicated to building the Kingdom and transforming lives. "Transformed to Impact"
What we believe
At Radical Encounter, we are a non-denominational, non-traditional community united in our core beliefs centered on the teachings of the Bible. There is no denominational affiliation, but we honor the historical Christian faith and we believe God moves beyond the walls of the church, so we focus on real-world impact rather than just religious routine.
We affirm the following:

The Trinity: We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit. Each person of the Trinity is fully God, co-equal and co-eternal, working together in perfect unity.

The Authority of Scripture: We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, serving as our ultimate authority for faith and practice. It reveals God's character, His plan for salvation, and the principles by which we should live.

Salvation Through Jesus Christ: We believe that salvation is a gift from God, made possible through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We affirm that all who repent of their sins and place their faith in Jesus are forgiven and granted eternal life.

The Work of the Holy Spirit: We believe in the active presence of the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers, empowering them for service, guiding them in truth, and producing spiritual fruit.

The Importance of Community: We believe that the church is the Body of Christ, called to live in community, support one another, and share the love of God with the world. We are committed to fostering authentic relationships that reflect God’s love.
